The Concordia Land Trust owns a large land holding within the Concordia Growth Area and is current working with key stakeholders on the future rezoning of the land. The brand needs to appeal to a professional and corporate target market. Concordia is the Latin word for “harmony,” literally “with (one) heart.” This was the inspiration for the brand.
